At his inauguration, our new Pope Francis said we must all be protectors of the created world by "sharing loving concern for each person, especially children, the elderly and those in need who are often the last people thought of."  I like this as a focal point because it highlights our mission for the past 50 years.  Now fast forward to today... has he changed his stance on that?  At World Youth Day, His Holiness tweeted: "@Pontifex: Dear young friends, it is worth wagering one's life on Christ and on the Gospel, risking everything for great ideals! #Rio2013 #JMJ."  Living the Gospel means just what he expanded on at his inauguration.  He also tweets: "@Pontifex: The measure of the greatness of a society is found in the way it treats those most in need, those who have nothing apart from their poverty."  So, yeah I heard about the Pope.  I heard and more importantly have seen by his example, a loving Shepard of the Church leading his children in a revival of charity and love.
